Description:

Yogalates is a beautiful combination of the gentle stretch of yoga with its asanas and mindfulness and the core-building strength and posture awareness of Pilates.

Yogalates concentrates strength in the middle (abdominal area, buttocks and lower back), the body develops harmoniously, stretching muscles, toning the body, improving posture and developing coordination, stimulating blood circulation.

The sessions start as a traditional yoga class; with warm-ups and stretching of joints, short meditation and breathing exercises, postures supported by deep breaths… and begin to change when the movements gradually increase to almost the pace of Pilates, unlike in Yogalates machines are never used.

Suitable for All levels, age groups, even if you are new to yoga.  No previous yoga experience is necessary!

 

Currently, you have the option to book Yogalates sessions as private 1:1 sessions, group sessions, or corporate sessions.

Unique course for new mums and babies in Tunbridge Wells

Weekday classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays (choose the day and time you like)

A lovely combination of postnatal yoga for mums and gentle baby yoga movements and massage for babies.

Suitablle for 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks abdominal delivery)

  • Baby Yoga for digestion system, teething massage, baby reflexology and many more!
  • Gentle postpartum stretches for mums
  • Calming & Relaxation techniques for both mums & babies
  • Complimentary goodie bag and gradation at the end of the course
  • Meeting and connecting with other mums with little babies
