Hello and welcome to my website, my name is Margarita and I am a professionally trained, qualified Yoga instructor who is delivering one to one and group Yoga classes online or throughout Kent. Through my Yoga classes the aims are to clearly explain the what, why’s and how’s of asana, breathing, meditation and yogic philosophy making the practice approachable for everyone, of every level and of every walk of life. I share this knowledge with all my students, so they can practice wisely, sustainably and mindfully.
