This 5 weeks course is suitable from the 12th week of your pregnancy up until full term and it is designed to make expectant mothers feel nurtured and cared for in this period of profound changes. It is a great way to stay active and is healthy for you and your baby. 

What are the benefits of Prenatal Yoga course?

  • The course promotes and improves sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth, decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.

  • Prenatal yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare to be a new parent and make friends.

I am an Internationally certified Pregnancy Yoga Instructor. My diploma is registered with Yoga Alliance US and UK, Federation of Antenatal Educators. I have been teaching yoga for adults and children for more than 7 years all over the world

  • Introduction and theme of the class
  • Warm-up
  • Standing sequences
  • Gentle stretching
  • Relaxation
  • Guided meditation, where breath and specific body positions are used to help connect the mind and body to the unborn baby in the womb
In line with social distancing guidelines, numbers will be limited, therefore reservation of the course in advance is essential.
