Description:

Private yoga, whether it is a one-to-one or a private group is a really great way to practice yoga, as it can be arranged at a time and in a place that is most convenient to you.

Sessions can be designed specifically for you (or you and your groups needs) and will focus on exercises for body types, taking into consideration fitness level, stress level, and personal health and goals.

  • Suitable for everyone and anyone, whether you are a beginner, an experienced yogi, pregnant, in your postnatal period or if you are working with an injury, each session can be tailored to your own needs
  • Private Yoga classes work really well and encourage commitment in a consistent and comfortable way helping you to improve in every pose
  • You will get undivided attention enabling you to progress at a pace that is right for you

Private sessions are especially useful for the following:

  • Beginners
  • If there is something you want to work towards, maybe a particular group of asana’s or more attention on the meditation or breathing practices
  • Those recovering from injury
  • Pregnant or Post Natal women
  • Those wishing to take their existing yoga practice further
  • Those who are worried about attending a group class for whatever reason
  • Those that don’t have the time to attend a group class

Each private yoga lesson has the option of aromatherapy and music tailored to you. Weekly, monthly or one-off yoga sessions are available.

Starting from £90 an hour, which includes a consultation about your requirements prior to class and covers travel time and costs coming to you.

If five private classes are booked and paid for in advance, I am pleased to offer them at a discounted rate, starting from £395 for all five sessions. This effectively brings the rate to £79 per hour.*

I can provide all mats, blocks, straps and bolsters for private classes. If you don’t have a suitable location and wish to come to my little home studio in central Tunbridge Wells – that can also be arranged.

Unique course for new mums and babies in Tunbridge Wells

Weekday classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays (choose the day and time you like)

Description:

A lovely combination of postnatal yoga for mums and gentle baby yoga movements and massage for babies.

Suitablle for 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks abdominal delivery)

  • Baby Yoga for digestion system, teething massage, baby reflexology and many more!
  • Gentle postpartum stretches for mums
  • Calming & Relaxation techniques for both mums & babies
  • Complimentary goodie bag and gradation at the end of the course
  • Meeting and connecting with other mums with little babies
