Description:

Hatha yoga has become one of the most popular types of yoga because it can build strength, improve flexibility, and align posture — while still being gentle enough for most bodies.

It’s a gentle and slow yoga style without compared to vigorous and intense sequences.

A Hatha yoga class focuses on yoga fundamentals and combines deep breathing and physical exercises, which is perfect for:

  • Beginners who want an easy and slow class to start
  • People with reduced levels of fitness, strength, mobility or flexibility
  • Seniors
  • Students with chronic health issues or injuries
  • Pregnant women
  • Overweight students
  • Patients recovering from surgery or chemotherapy
  • Anyone who wants to experience a slow, mindful and meditative practice

Modifications are done to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk for injuries.

This type of yoga practice helps anyone relax and enjoy life. As in restorative yoga, holding the poses makes you feel better and fills you with positive energy.

Weekday classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays (choose the day and time you like)

A lovely combination of postnatal yoga for mums and gentle baby yoga movements and massage for babies.

Suitablle for 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks abdominal delivery)

  • Baby Yoga for digestion system, teething massage, baby reflexology and many more!
  • Gentle postpartum stretches for mums
  • Calming & Relaxation techniques for both mums & babies
  • Complimentary goodie bag and gradation at the end of the course
  • Meeting and connecting with other mums with little babies
