Thursday @ 6pm – 7pm (London time) – Traditional Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga takes one pose at a time and spends time there. It’s slower paced, relatively gentle and is more focused on stretching.

£28 for a block of 4 classes

  • Block of 4 classes is valid for 4 subsequent weeks from the first attended session
  • Enjoy one access to all sessions, plus every session will be recorded and sent to your email address in case you missed the live version, so you can practice anytime you want

Unique course for new mums and babies in Tunbridge Wells

Weekday classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays (choose the day and time you like)

A lovely combination of postnatal yoga for mums and gentle baby yoga movements and massage for babies.

Suitablle for 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks abdominal delivery)

  • Baby Yoga for digestion system, teething massage, baby reflexology and many more!
  • Gentle postpartum stretches for mums
  • Calming & Relaxation techniques for both mums & babies
  • Complimentary goodie bag and gradation at the end of the course
  • Meeting and connecting with other mums with little babies
