The most important part is that no previous experience of yoga is necessary!
In your prenatal yoga classes, you can expect to:
- Practice some focused breathing techniques, which can help you manage your breath during labor and birth
- Do some gentle stretching
- Practice suitable postures for your pregnant body that can help strengthen muscles you’ll need during labor and delivery
- Learn some helpful relaxation techniques
