Description:

Do you know that yoga during pregnancy can be a wonderful way to reduce stress and prepare your body and mind for childbirth?

Prenatal Yoga classes are suitable from the 12th week of your pregnancy up until full term and it is designed to make you, expectant mother feel nurtured and cared for in this period of profound changes.

In fact, it is a great way to stay active and healthy for you, your baby and meet with other pregnant women, prepare to be a new parent and make friends!

The most important part is that no previous experience of yoga is necessary!

In your prenatal yoga classes, you can expect to:

  • Practice some focused breathing techniques, which can help you manage your breath during labor and birth
  • Do some gentle stretching
  • Practice suitable postures for your pregnant body that can help strengthen muscles you’ll need during labor and delivery
  • Learn some helpful relaxation techniques

Unique course for new mums and babies in Tunbridge Wells

Weekday classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays (choose the day and time you like)

Description:

A lovely combination of postnatal yoga for mums and gentle baby yoga movements and massage for babies.

Suitablle for 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks abdominal delivery)

  • Baby Yoga for digestion system, teething massage, baby reflexology and many more!
  • Gentle postpartum stretches for mums
  • Calming & Relaxation techniques for both mums & babies
  • Complimentary goodie bag and gradation at the end of the course
  • Meeting and connecting with other mums with little babies
