Postnatal Yogalates classes in Tunbridge Wells!
Welcome to our Postnatal Yogalates classes! Designed specifically for new mums, these sessions are the perfect opportunity to gently ease back into fitness and reconnect with your body after childbirth. Whether your little one is by your side or you manage to steal a moment to yourself, these classes are crafted to support you every step of the way.




Who can join these classes?
Mums with Babies: Suitable for mums from 10 weeks postpartum with babies of any age. Feel free to bring your little one along to share in the experience.
Mums with Childcare: If you have childcare arranged, you’re welcome to attend without your child and focus solely on your own wellness.
Whether you’re new to yoga, Pilates, or exercise in general, our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience. Our certified instructors provide modifications and adjustments to ensure everyone feels comfortable and progresses at their own pace.
What we cover:
- Yoga Flows: Incorporate soothing yoga poses to stretch and strengthen muscles, focusing on areas impacted by pregnancy and childbirth.
- Pilates Core and Beyond: Enhance core strength and stability, but also focus on overall body conditioning. Pilates exercises target not only the core but also improve flexibility, balance, and posture, supporting your entire body as it recovers from childbirth.
- Breathing Techniques: Practice methods to foster relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
- Pelvic Floor Exercises: Strengthen pelvic floor muscles to aid recovery and improve bladder control.
- Mindfulness and Relaxation: Use techniques to manage stress, boost sleep quality, and promote emotional well-being during the postnatal period.
