Block of 4 sessions (please include the date of the first session you plan to attend in the notes)

    Every Tuesday @9:15am-10am via Zoom

    Zoom link to access the session will be sent via email once your booking is confirmed.

    Who is Chair yoga for?

    • People with reduced levels of fitness, strength, mobility or flexibility
    • Seniors
    • People with chronic health issues or injuries
    • Pregnant women
    • People of any age with knee, ankle, wrist, etc. issues
    • Overweight people
    • Patients recovering from surgery or chemotherapy

    *You would need a chair, a cushion and some water

    *Block of 4 sessions is valid for 4 subsequent weeks from the first attended session

    *No refunds or transfers can be offered for any missed session during the block of 4 sessions
