    Testimonial about the course:

“We started postnatal yoga at 5 weeks old and have completed 3 blocks of classes! It has been an amazing class for us both. The yoga for mum and baby is lovely but more importantly it is such a relaxed, calm atmosphere. As a first time mum there was no stress around feeding / changing / comforting baby during class as Margarita makes you feel at ease about this straight away. I would highly recommend this class!!: – Rosanna and Frank, Google review
